Design and product development
The Easter, spring and summer collections as well as the autumn, winter and Christmas collections are designed and created in our in-house development department after careful analysis of current trends.
But we don't just create our own layouts and designs. At the customer's request, we develop individual product ranges with new colours, designs and surface textures. We develop the packaging to match the corporate identity of the respective customer in cooperation with printing companies specialising in cardboard packaging - of course individually tailored to the customer's requirements.

Production method
​
The candles are produced using pressing, dipping, drawing and moulding processes. Fully automated systems produce coloured dipped or solid-coloured end products. In addition, blanks are produced for further finishing.
The finishing process is partly automatic and partly manual, which is necessary for a lot of the work and characterises the handcrafted appeal of the candles.

Quality standard
Once the first candle samples have been completed, they are checked for their burning behaviour, drip resistance and afterglow behaviour.
If necessary, the production process, wax composition, wick etc. are changed accordingly. This is the only way to ensure a consistently high quality standard - even in mass production.
This is also confirmed by the RAL quality mark that we have been awarded. This seal of quality states that our candles are regularly tested in accordance with the quality specifications (raw materials, wicks, ingredients).
